The Contura i41 is a beautiful fireplace with an angled door and timeless design. Perfect for those who want a fireplace with a unique look and high fire visibility. The door is available with an angle either on the right or left side of the fireplace. The elegant impression is enhanced by the door opening smoothly upwards, providing excellent access to the combustion chamber. The fireboxe size allows you to burn extra large logs, creating beautiful fires that burn and provide warmth for a long time. Contura i41 is also available as a separate insert, Contura i40, if you want to design and build your own fireplace.

The Contura i41 stove has long been popular for its unique design with an angled door. Now available with an updated design – its timeless elegance has been enhanced, features have been refined and an even wider array of options allow you to customise it to your style. The Contura i41 lets you enjoy the view of the fire from around the room. The glass door can be positioned on the right or left corner and provides a wide and clear view of the flames. It opens smoothly upwards, making the Contura i41 as much of a joy to use as it is to look at.
The redesigned Contura i41 has been slimmed by 90 mm to a width of 820 mm, offering greater scope for positioning the stove and giving the fire the pride of place it deserves in your home.
More choice than ever
The Contura i41 can be customised to perfectly complement your home. The surround is available in a choice of materials; sleek black or white metal, heat-retaining soapstone with its natural pattern, and Contura’s unique concrete Artstone White, Artstone Natural and Artstone Anthracite. You also have the option to enhance heat storage with internal power stones, which will keep your home at a comfortable temperature for longer by gradually releasing the heat they absorb
Add an extra touch with a bench and log box
You can further enhance the appeal of your Contura i41 by adding a bench as a stylish detail. The bench comes in a choice of metal and Artstone. The log box is available in two sizes as an additional bespoke option.
Wood burning, the smarter way
Thanks to a high efficiency burn, you won’t need much wood to heat your home. The Contura i41 also features HR glass that reduces emissions and reflects the radiant heat back into the firebox. This creates cleaner flames and fills your home with more comfortable heat.
Innovative properties
The integrated booster lets you “save” embers that have nearly died. Simply open the damper fully to let oxygen flow into the stove and blow life into the embers to set the new wood alight.
