The Contura i61 was designed in association with the Myra design agency, which has been realising appealing and functional design inspired by Scandinavian heritage and style for four decades.
A fireplace door that opens a whole new world
The unique and elegant wide-screen door enhances the presence of the fire in the room. The door opens by pulling it upwards, for a soft, smooth luxurious touch. The precise seal of the door ensures constant wood combustion efficiency. The easily accessible adjustment handle makes it easy to open the door and clean every inch of the glass.
Smart and practical
The design of the Contura i61 makes it even easier to install. Thanks to the smart mounting of stone or steel panels, the installation time is now reduced. A new, innovative damper design allows for even better control of the fire and, if you choose a heat-retaining Powerstone tank, you’ll enjoy a greater, more steady output of heat from your fireplace.
Damper and handle
Handles and damper knob in a new material that does not get hot when the stove heats up. The handles have also been extended.
Innovative combustion damper
The combustion damper on the Contura i61 has an innovative and efficient design. Using just a single control, you can adjust several supply air systems. This gives you better control of the fire and makes it easier to both start it and tend it.
Freestanding or wall-mounted
The Contura i61 can be installed freestanding in your interior or against a wall. Thanks to the integral protective screen, you avoid the risk of any heat damage to the wall. A back panel for freestanding installation provides a stylish finish (metal only).
Easier installation
The design of the Contura i61 makes it even easier to install. Thanks to the smart mounting of stone or steel panels, the installation time is now reduced.
Store heat
A heat-retaining Powerstone tank extends the effect of your stove. The tank retains heat, releasing it steadily over an extended time.
