Breakfast cookies
Cookies for breakfast sound great, don’t you think? Especially if they’re good for you. These cookies can even be made a day in advance.
Breakfast cookies x10
2 small, ripe bananas
100 g unsweetened peanut butter
175 g muesli or granola
1/2 tbsp agave syrup
150 g frozen blueberries
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Peel and mash the bananas in a bowl. Mix with all the other ingredients. Using two spoons, shape the dough into 10 cookies and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Leave to cool.
Overnight oats
Trendy, simple and delicious. Overnight oats is a cold porridge that is simple to make and can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. Unlike hot porridge, overnight oats porridge qualifies as raw food and retains nutrients better.
Overnight oats 1 portion
50 g porridge oats
100 ml milk of your choice
0.5 tsp cinnamon and/or cardamom for more flavour.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or jar. Place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top with berries, fruit or nuts!
Almond butter
Almond butter contains more protein and beneficial polyunsaturated fat than regular butter or margarine. It is also delicious and has a distinct nutty flavour. And it keeps for quite a long time in the refrigerator!
1 jar of almond butter
300 g whole almonds, skin on
4 pinches of sea salt
50 ml rapeseed oil
Blend all the ingredients to a smooth creamy consistency. Serve on toast, topped with slices of banana.
Dry logs for Winter
Damp logs burn poorly, give off less heat and are not good for the environment. Logs should not have a moisture content of more than 20%. They need to be dried correctly! It is common for logs to be stored under a tarpaulin. But this traps the moisture. Good airflow is essential. Ideally logs need to season for at least two years.

Cosy time Swedish style
A cup of coffee and a bun – central to the Swedish culture of cosiness. Did you know that Swedes spend about 240 hours a year sipping coffee and nibbling buns? An average coffee break lasts 24 minutes outside of work and 14 minutes in the workplace. Swedes love coffee, drinking more than 3 cups a day on average.

Fix a fast mug cake
- 1 tbsp melted butter | 2 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar | 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp milk | 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder | A pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients and pour into a large mug. Pop in the microwave at full power for about 1 minute. Ready!
